’Tis the year for book adaptations for the small-screen (then again, when is it not?) A Gentleman In Moscow, based on Amor Towles’ novel, stars real-life couple Mary Elizabeth Winsted and Ewan McGregor. In the Russia-set thriller, McGregor plays Count Alexander Rostov, who is banished by the Soviet tribunal to live in an attic hotel room for decades after the Revolution.
