A Japanese restaurant chain is filing an objection with the countryâs patent office over Nintendoâs trademark for the word âWaraWaraâ, asking for it to be cancelled, reports 47News. The long-time Japanese restaurant chain is called âWara Waraâ and is quite well known in Japan. Nintendoâs trademark is related to the WaraWara Plaza; however, the restaurant chain says it invites confusion and misrecognition.
