Can the extras packed into the video game tie-in for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra movie possibly make up for the lackluster game play weāve seen so far?
As a game, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra hasnāt been all that impressive. I got my hands on the Contra-fied shooter at E3 2009, and the most impressive feature of the game is still the extras they are throwing in for the fans. While the bio cards and concept art are nice, the key draw here is clearly the āKnowing is Half the Battleā series of public service announcements. Of course, those can not only be seen on YouTube, but fans have since made them so much better.
