With more than 700 million downloads between PC and mobile, the Diner Dash franchise is one of casual gamingās biggest success stories. That success is largely due to seriesā hero Flo, so I wonāt begrudge her a makeover to go with tomorrowās release of Diner Dash Rush.
Flo has come quite a long way since her 2004 debut. Sheās grown a nose, adjusted her hairline, lost the pencil ā but deep down inside sheās still the same business ex-banker turned small business owner who launched the hottest food service simulation since Tapper.
Tomorrow Flo and PlayFirst launch Diner Dash Rush, a new mobile game for iOS. It features the same core gameplay that made the series such a big hit, with fresh features like timed rounds, weekly leaderboards and a āHappy Hourā bonus round, complete with disco lights.
