At the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, the Videogame History Museum has a cool exhibit set up showcasing old and rare video games and video-game collectibles. The VGHM tends to turn up at events like GDC and E3, and itâs always fun to go through their exhibit and check out the most interesting, obscure bits of video game history theyâve got on offer.
I shot the video above to give you a sense of what theyâve got on display this yearâmy favorite was âPuppy Pong,â which was a version of âDr. Pongâ that was intended to replace toys and games in the lobby at the doctorâs office.
