Itās been announced overnight that Activision Blizzardās chairman, who is due to retire later this year, is to be replaced by the Chief Executive of partners Vivendi.
The mega-publishersās current chairman ā Rene Penisson ā will be stepping down because his āmandate expires this yearā. His replacement, Jean-Bernard Levy, has been with Vivendi since 2002, and has been a director at Activision since the merger between the two companies last year.
