After ten years, EA is pulling the plug on The Sims 2. Today the company said that it âwill no longer be providing any new content or making any additional technical updatesâ for the game.
The good news is that if youâre still playing the 2004 installment to pass the time until The Sims 4 drops in September, EA said itâs going to give everybody with a registered copy a free Ultimate Collection. Figure out how to register your copy of The Sims 2 with Origin here, and make sure to do so in the next five days!
