The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings arrives for PC on Tuesday, and while there is some retailer-specific preorder DLC out there, developer CD Projekt RED assures everyone the gameās DLC will be free.
āAll of [it],ā wrote a CD Projekt rep in a Q&A on GameStopās Facebook page. āIf anything will be for purchase, those will be expansion packs. First DLC (side-quest called āTroll Troubleā) [will launch] together with the game release.ā
The rep estimated Witcher 2 clocks in with 40 hours of gameplay in the main quest, and double or triple that if you take your time with its non-linear components.
