This is art.
Twitter has built in stickers that you can add to photos before you post them. It’s one of those things that I have seen people use—adding a crown to their selfie or something—but never really used myself. Over the past week, Twitter users have been recreating anime and video game characters out of those emojis. Originating among Japanese Twitter users with the hashtag “ステッカーで推し作れるのか選手権” which roughly translates to “Figure Out How To Make It With Stickers Championship,” it’s now taken off among English speaking Twitter users as well. I am in awe of their raw talent.

As with any new Twitter joke, it’s only a matter of time until someone parodies the infamous Crt Alt Del comic, “Loss.”
