They don’t get much attention from gaming sites, probably because lol EA Sports, but every year Electronic Arts goes nuts with their live-action commercials for FIFA.
It’s the company’s biggest-selling game pimping the world’s biggest sport, so a certain level of expenditure is to be expected, but the money they spend boggles the mind. Getting Messi and Bale together, not to mention the likes of Stephan El Shaarawy (and…Tim Cahill) probably cost more than many other games’ entire budgets.
