The Nintendo booth at E3 has a curious station featuring a screen with its most iconic characters, Mario and Luigi. The booth let people go up to the characters and hold a conversation with em (which you can see above)āwhich is cute, but also kind of eerie for some reason.
Iām curious as to how Nintendo pulls it off, because it was obvious that the characters could āseeā what was going on around themātheyād call out to people in the audience or to those passing by. Maybe itās a trick, who knows!
Funnily enough, Luigiāunlike Marioāhad to kind of beg to get someone to come up to talk to him. Aww, Luigiā¦.
