The first in a series of "lab reports" Capcomâs Bionic Commando focuses on Nathan Spencerâs constant companion and best friend: his left arm.
What would you do if you had a left arm strong enough to crush steel with the ability to shoot its hand out as a grappling hook? Would you swing, leap, grapple, and yank things around as a force of good, or would you use your powers for evil swinging, leaping, grappling, and yanking?
I think Iâd fall somewhere between. I wouldnât use it strictly for good, as then people would start to expect me to show up everywhere, shooting my arm off at every problem that could possibly be solved through projectile fisting. I wouldnât turn to a life of crime, however, as nobody likes an evil yanker.
