BioShock 2’s PC Widescreen Problems Getting Patched

Steamed that 2K screwed up BioShock’s PC widescreen not once, but twice? S’OK, PC users, a patch will soon be with you.

2K will release tomorrow an update for the game that will fix the burning issue of mouse clicking in multiplayer matches. Oh, and also the game’s widescreen problem, which again has seen the game display a cropped 4:3 resolution in widescreen instead of the full 16:9 or 16:10 resolution owners of larger monitors come to expect.

Good news. Though it makes you wonder how, after the uproar over the same thing happening in the first game, it could possibly have happened again. There are many groups of people you can pull wool over their eyes, but hardcore PC gamer fans are not one of them.
