Had a bit of late breaking news today just as I was about to call it a day. The lawyers involved in the whole Infinity Ward, Activision Modern Warfare 2 suit had a hearing today and filed an amended complaint. Thatā€™s fancy talk for, they did more finger pointing. Of course it is one sided finger pointing, but man is it juicy. A police state? You donā€™t say? Keep an eye out for an Activision response. We hit them up, but havenā€™t heard back yet.
