This extended look at “pre-alpha” gameplay from Dead Or Alive 5 shows that Team Ninja’s next fighting game is completely 100% batshit crazy. This—the huge explosions, fireballs and mass destruction—must be the “fighting entertainment” concept they’re talking about.
If this looks a tad familiar, it’s the follow-up to our first look at DOA 5, revealed at this year’s Tokyo Game Show. It’s more Ryu versus Hayate combat, with nary a hint of the buxom Dead or Alive ladies you might want to see beating each other up. But, hey, crazy fighting game chaos!
