On the ride back I found $40 lying in the middle of a sidewalk next to the highway, not a soul, not a store around. I would have tried turning it in, but there was nowhere to turn it in to and it was just cash, no wallet, no envelope, no nothing. Weird huh? The modern day equivalent of pennies from heaven I guess.
Iām going to have to buy a stranger a coffee the next time I go through the Starbucks drive-through.
