Most D.Va cosplay you seeis someone wearing her jumpsuit. Which is fine, but Gryphon’s Gears was having none of that, deciding to not just build her mech, but have it be able to walk around as well.

Gryphon is an experienced props and armour builderwho spent around six weeks making the costume, using the actual 3D model from the game as the basis for his work. He tells me it stands around 7 feet tall, and weighs almost 50lbs.
