Square Enix are hosting a little press conference this morning to expand upon yesterdayâs announcement of Final Fantasy XIV, and specifically, to clear up any âconfusionâ surrounding the gameâs âexclusivityâ.
Fat lot of good thatâs done them, since by issuing a statement theyâve only made things more confusing.
See, theyâd like to clarify yesterdayâs announcement that the game was âexclusiveâ to the PS3. Itâs not. Thereâll also be a PC version. Following that, however, a carefully-worded statement said âin terms of all other hardware, including Microsoft consoles, we are considering all other options at this timeâ.
Not much of an exclusive then, is it?
