Following the sudden and sweeping layoffs at Telltale Games last Friday, at least one ex-employee has filed a class action complaint against the studio for violating the California and federal WARN Acts and failing to give 60 days notice. The civil lawsuit seeks damages equal to 60 days worth of compensation for all affected.
