In Japan, cat cafe Nekoya has been uploading feline friends in cosplay. Some of the outfits are purrfect.
Nekoya has two locations: One in Saitama and the other in Kawagoe. Both look like ideal spaces for cats to roam about and have fun.
There are manga for visitors (and not cats!) to read.
At Nekoya, there are a whole host of rules, such as you are not allowed to pick up and hold the animals. Also, only the staff can dress up the cats. Note that theyāre not always cosplaying! (The cats, that is.)
