I kinda think the name does the game a slight disservice. It suggests a game of hulking men with popped collars, watching college sports and being assholes. Instead, Broforce is a breathless tribute to the men of the action movies of the 1980s, from Conan to Colonel John Matrix and every Rambo in between.
And, yes, Metal Slug.
The old playable version on the developerâs website is good, but the full package â going for $15 on the Humble Store â is the more muscular option.
