The downloadable goodies are free, but youâre going to need a copy of the audio production tool Reaper to make the digital magic happen. Whatâs available gratis is the Rock Band Network tool set, including Magma, the packaging and transferring software tool, and the special Rock Band plug-in for Reaper.
