Ah, Goatsnake.
Formed in 1996 and for all intents done for today, this is El Coyote, taken from the bandâs 2000 album, Flower of Disease. Goatsnake were one of several amazing bands on the sadly now-defunct Manâs Ruin label, which was owned by artist Frank Kozik and which at some time or another boasted the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, High on Fire, Entombed and Turbonegro.
While Goatsnake only ever released two albums, and never really made it big like some of Manâs Ruinâs other bands, itâs stuff like this that keeps the groupâs name alive, and which led to them reforming for Roadburn in 2010 to blow the roof off.
Soundtrack isnât news. It isnât video games. Itâs just Kotaku editors sharing music they dig. Enjoy!
