Activisionâs marketing team looks to be suffering from a bout of March Madness, as the new Guitar Hero: Metallica television spot is ruefully lacking in Heidi Klum pantslessness in favor of Bobby Knight pantslessness.
Four NCAA coaches match wits with four Metallica band membersâthankfully modest in black denimâcomplete with Bobby Knight launching a trademark tirade and a Guitar Hero World Tour drum kit at the band. On the receiving end of biting remarks from Metallicaâs James Hetfield are Knight, Roy Williams, Rick Pitino and Mike âCoach Kâ Krzyzewski, who are just trying to enjoy some of âthe Guitar Hero.â
