The footage above is of Decio Lourenco from South Africa, who apparently shredded so fast that the authorities are looking to prosecute according to The Telegraph
Theyāre citing āreckless and negligent road behavior,ā as he could have caused accidents though Lourenco seemed flippant about that idea.
āI accept that itās dangerous but so is stepping out of my front door,ā he said. āI skate down that road all the time and was skating well within my limitations.ā
