The always-enjoyable My Life in Gaming has dedicated their latest “VHS tips video” to Shovel Knight, complete with tracking fuzz and Overly Articulate Announcer Guy. Happily, for all the kitschy packaging, there are a lot of legitimately useful tips in there as well:
It’s worth noting that the video really is a complete guide, and it reveals the bosses in the game. If you’d rather play it clean and figure it all out for yourself, maybe save it for after you finish.
