How Uncharted 2 Hopes To Fix Uncharted 1’s Biggest Problem

We loved Uncharted. Loved it to bits. But it wasn’t without its problems! Chief amongst those being the fact shirtless men somehow took 117 bullets to kill. Thankfully, the sequel’s looking to remedy that.

Speaking with MTV, Sony’s Sam Thompson promises that while “bullet sponge” enemies will be back in Uncharted 2, at least this time it’ll make more sense, as “damage will be much more realistic” for the “more identifiable” enemies. Translation? There will be guys in body armour that will still take 117 bullets to kill. But guys in tanktops should go down a lot easier.

Happy? Talk is cheap, so we’re not wholly satisfied, but it’s definitely an encouraging comment.
