A high-capacity portable power station perfect for emergencies

The Explorer 500 has all the necessary outputs to power most of your devices. There are a total of four output connections available. There is one 110V AC outlet capable of providing 500W continuous and 1000W peak. In addition to the AC outlet, there are three USB-A outlets for charging your smartphone and other accessories. Finally, there are two 12V DC outlets for charging small appliances, such as coolers, as well as a 12V car outlet for charging coolers and other similar devices.

The Explorer 500 battery and protection system are configured to deliver consistent, reliable power. The 518Wh battery provides power for many hours for moderate-load appliances, long periods of LED lighting, and multiple complete charges for your smartphone, etc., depending on the types and numbers of appliances you connect to the system. It includes a built-in Battery Management System that continuously monitors the battery’s voltage, current, and temperature to ensure the battery cells are protected. In addition, the system supports pass-through charging, allowing you to keep low-load devices connected while the battery is recharging.

The Explorer 500 is designed to give you a flexible, convenient way to recharge the battery. You can recharge it via a standard wall outlet in approximately 7.5 hours. Alternatively, you can use a 12V vehicle outlet to recharge the battery in the same amount of time. For even greater independence, you can feed the Explorer 500 up to 100 watts of solar energy through an 8mm DC jack when connected to a compatible solar panel (available separately). It also includes a clearly visible front display that shows you the remaining battery capacity, along with the level of input or output to help you plan runtime.

Because it runs on a battery, you do not have to deal with hazardous fuel vapors, and its operating noise is relatively quiet compared to combustion generators, which can be beneficial in confined spaces, such as small rooms or tents. Considering the variety of functions included in the Explorer 500, including AC, DC, and USB ports, in addition to home, vehicle, and solar charging, it’s reasonably priced at $299, down from its original retail price of $499.
