Look, there’s really no way to sex up this week’s hardware contest in Japan. The battle between Sony and Nintendo is still too close to call, just as it has been for the past few weeks.
The PlayStation family is slightly ahead of its biggest competitor, the Wii and DS line of products, with the PSP and PlayStation 3 still holding onto spots one and two this week. Perhaps some of those new PlayStation-aligned debuts, like Nier Replicant and Tokyo Mono Harashi: Karasu no Mori Gakuen Kitan, offered a little help, but did little in the way to change the weekly outcome as determined by Media Create.
