After taking a back seat to the Nintendo DSi LL for a few weeks in Japan, the PSP is back on top, outselling Nintendo’s recently cheapened platform. That said…
…the Nintendo DS is still the three-way winner, selling more than 47,000 units across its three flavors. The battle between the Wii and PS3 is still close—closer than the Xbox 360—and the PSP go is still comfortably well behind the PlayStation 2.
Here’s how the hardware contest went down last week, according to Japanese sales tracker Media Create.
PSP – 26,786
Nintendo DSi LL – 25,884
Wii – 22,239
PlayStation 3 – 19,473
Nintendo DSi – 16,318
