As pointed out by website DragonPorn, this particular mod is called āThat Bus Stopā (ćć®ćć¹å) and was created by modder Higeyoshi.
Just like in Totoro, you can wait at the bus stop with Meiās red umbrella.
Or her dadās black one.
Unlike in Totoro, you can beat the tar outta people with the bus stop sign.
Just look at that detail.
Bring a bit of Totoro to anywhere in Skyrim!
