High end retailer Nordstrom is using Microsoftâs hands-free Kinect controller for Xbox 360 in its window displays to give the fashion conscious a chance to play with light.
At Nordstromâs downtown Seattle flagship store, the companyâs Interactive Development, Visual Merchandising and Operations Teams installed Kinect cameras to let passersby toy interact with displays with the motion of their hands. If youâre in the area, you can go hands-off with the window display now through April 11.
