Mohawk Games—the studio behind Offworld Trading Company, and led by Civ IV designer Soren Johnson—has a new project in development called 10 Crowns. It’s an “an epic-scale turn-based strategy game that lets players create the greatest dynasty in world history”, but is very early on, so don’t expect it for a while.
