Did you know upcoming rhythm game Power Gig is set in a fantasy world of Ohm, where rockers can affect the world through their music, using their powers to fight against the oppressive Headliner?
I had no clue. I guess I as blinded by Power Gig’s use of a real six string guitar instead of a plastic replica. I figured that with a gimmick like that, story would be the last thing on developer Seven 45 Studios’ collective mind. I vaguely remember mention of some sort of epic tale of heroes and villains in the original reveal for the game, but didn’t give it a second though.
