30 Seconds to Marsâ new album, âThis Is War,â doesnât hit stores until December 8th, but you can get a sneak peak at the title track in Dragon Age: Origins.
It seems a rather bizarre place to debut a new song, but there you have it. The Jared Leto-fronted bandâs âThis Is Warâ is on the Dragon Age: Origins soundtrack, and in the trailer below, co-produced by Leto himself.
âWe always like to push the envelope in the entertainment and media space and debuting our title track in a game of this caliber is a great way to communicate our music to fans around the world,â said Jared Leto, lead singer of Thirty Seconds to Mars. âWeâve come a long way from having to rely solely on radio to approach and engage music fans, and Dragon Age: Origins is the perfect game to do this with.â
A rather nifty little tune from a band whose name I only recognize because they had a track in Rock Band, something that is happening with alarming regularity these days.
