Despite being released nearly 16 years ago, speedrunners are still finding neat glitches inside of Ocarina of Time. Take this âaction swapâ glitch that was documented over the weekend, for exampleâwhich lets you perform some cool item shenanigans.
Speedrunner Zas_ details a glitch which allows Link to shoot arrows despite not actually having a bow or a slingshot, in addition to showing how to use the boomerang as a sword. The latter glitch seems less useful, but still, itâs a neat trick!
Similar glitches have been found before, like this one documented by CloudMaxâthough in this case, the player has a slingshot and theyâre specifically using a magical arrow:
