Last nightâs Last Week Tonight with John Oliver discussed Nintendoâs recent apology for not including gay marriage in the upcoming 3DS game Tomodachi Life. âWe pledge that if we create a next installment in the Tomodachi series,â Nintendo wrote, âwe will strive to design a game-play experience from the ground up that is more inclusive, and better represents all players.â
