Rock Band Takes Back Alice Cooper Next Week

Next week’s new additions to Rock Band and Rock Band 2 have been announced earlier than normal, thanks to the Rock Band Community Zine. Expect a dose of classic hard rock and modern day emo.

Six tracks from Alice Cooper will join new songs from Taking Back Sunday in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Rock Band. Four of those Alice Cooper songs are live performances, including well-known hits like “I’m Eighteen” and “Billion Dollar Babies.”

Three tracks from Taking Back Sunday’s 2006 album Louder Now, including the band’s best performer “MakeDamnSure.”

The new additions demand that thick layers of black eyeliner be applied, no matter which act you’re a fan of. Details follow. (And thanks to everyone who sent this in!)
