Zynga, the social gaming company that owns the trademark to the title âWords With Friendsâ, is suing Bang With Friends Inc., a company founded to help Facebook users find âcasual sexâ.
According to a report on Bloomberg, Zyngaâs complaint is basically that the appâs maker âselected the name âBang With Friendsâ for its casual sex matchmaking app with Zyngaâs game trademarks fully in mindâ.
Iâm not so sure. I think if they had Zynga fully in mind, theyâd have called it âFast Road To Ruinâ, or âSell Your Shares NOW, Sonâ.
