EA has already launched an Origin page for its new SimCity, revealing that those picking up the Digital Deluxe Edition will be getting a range of content that includes supervillain lairs and European city packs.

The Digital Deluxe version alone comes with three themed packs to let you build British, French and German neighbourhoods.
Interestingly, the Origin page also has a bunch of system specs, as well as mention of up to 16-player multiplayer (how that works with the announced āSocial Flowā isnāt quite clear). Those specs are below.
