Japanese publishing giant (and sales trackers) Enterbrain have published some preliminary sales figures for the launch of the Nintendo 3DS over the weekend, outlining how many of the handhelds were sold, and what the most popular game was.
While there were early reports that 400,000 units had been sold, Enterbrainās figures (which may change slightly as they finalise the numbers) record a total of 371,326 sales over Saturday and Saturday.
As for the most popular game, that honour went to Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle, which shifted 117,589 copies. At nearly one game sold for every three handhelds thatās an impressive tally for Level 5ās puzzle-solving champion, but then, there wasnāt really much competitionā¦
