āWe will be making an official announcement regarding our forthcoming Video Store, next week, at Gamescom,ā says European PlayStation Store manager Angela Madronero. To be fair to her, Madronero couldāve been asked about the video store. To be fair to us, she could cut the corporate song and dance and tell folks whatās up.
The video-on-demand service is already live in the US, hitting the PSN Store July of last. Former Sony Computer Entertainment Europe honcho David Reeves stated that the service would not be hitting Europe until 2009. Be patient European peoples!
