Be The Very Best Spiritborn You Can Be In Diablo 4: Vessel Of Hatred

This new class opens up a wealth of potential for new animalistic builds

If you want to play the brand new class Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred introduced, this Spiritborn build guide has you covered. The Spiritborn is a brand new class in Vessel of Hatred, and Blizzard did a fantastic job with them. Every build is viable when leveling, but my two favorites are Centipede and Eagle.

I am a sucker for fast movement, so this guide is going to lean into my Eagle builds, but if you run every Centipede skill together, there’s tons of synergy, so feel free to try that and see what speaks to you most.

Beginner Leveling Build – ā€˜Eagle Evade’ Spiritborn

If you use my Eagle Evade build, you may notice that you don’t have a full bar of skills. That’s because you don’t need them. I played this build all the way to Level 60 on Normal and Hard difficulty, switching Thunderspike to the L2 trigger on my gamepad. Hold it down to Evade toward enemies and watch them melt.

OPTIONAL SKILL NOTE: You can add Crushing Hand with Advantageous Crushing Hand to reliably knock down all kinds of enemies, giving you breathing room, and The Devourer with the modifier to cause it to heal you. Between those optional additions, your survivability will increase considerably, but you can also modify this build to suit your fancy. These builds are meant for a starting point, so get creative and carve your own way.

Beginner Endgame Build – Spiritborn

The idea of the Endgame build for Spiritborn is the same as the leveling, but with added synergy for both attacks and defensive skills and buffs. There’s lots of room for tinkering, but the main idea is to get passives that increase damage against Vulnerable enemies, expand the number of Evades you have, add Unstoppable to yourself, and add health Barriers. All of these abilities and passives synergize with each other to make you more durable and evasive, as well as help you deal more damage.
