Yup. Iā€™m about to get excited about Star Command all over again. Sorry if thatā€¦actually, you know what, no. Iā€™m not sorry. If you canā€™t get excited about the idea of XCOM meeting Star Trek with adorable graphics then I donā€™t want to talk to you.

The above clip goes on for thirteen minutes, but since itā€™s nearly entirely made up of gameplay footage, thatā€™s 100% OK.

Originally planned as a mobile game, thereā€™s now a PC version on the books as well, for those who like the looks of it but shriek in horror at the site of Appleā€™s iOS overlay in the trailer above.
