Video game screenshots, as a general rule, are not very interesting. Theyāre dull, full of guns, and usually so dolled up in photoshop that theyāre more works of fiction than genuine marketing tools.
Super Smash Bros. is an exception to this rule. The folks behind Nintendoās upcoming fighting gameāout for 3DS this summer, and Wii U this winterāhave mastered the art of amazing, ridiculous, legit funny screenshots. Iāve spent a large chunk of the afternoon going through all the new ones Nintendo released last night. Here are my favorites:
