There are two ways to get access to Trump’s surgical table:
If you own Surgeon Simulator, upgrade to the Anniversary Edition ($3)
If you don’t own Surgeon Simulator, buy the Anniversary Edition ($13)
The developers are also keeping track of whether people give Trump a gold-plated heart or one made of stone. So far, stone hearts are winning.
