Activision has announced a November release date for Jurassic: The Hunted. If you just asked yourself, âWhat the hell is Jurassic: The Hunted,â rest assured Iâm right there with you.
This is the first Iâve heard of Jurassic: The Hunted, Activisionâs budget dinosaur hunting game, outside of a brief mention as âJurassic Hunterâ in Nintendoâs holiday lineup listing. Players take on the role of survival and weapons expert Craig Dylan, pulled back in time through the Bermuda Triangle to find himself face-to-face with the deadliest predators the world has ever seen.

The game will feature arena style fights, sieges, survival modes, and suitably large boss fights, with an adrenalin mechanic that allows the player to target the enemyâs weak spots in slow motion.
And thatâs all weâve got. Jurassic: The Hunted comes out November 3rd for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii, priced to potentially move at $39.99, with a PlayStation 2 version also on sale for $10 cheaper.
So, whoâs up for blindly buying a title not many people have heard of? Anyone?
