Looks like metal, doesn’t it? Iron Mark Props’ suit is actually painted EVA foam, cut to perfection to give that real nice “fitted” look.
We’ve seen some good Iron Man cosplay here before, some of it downright spectacular, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen one fit as perfectly as Robert Downey’s CG.
