Youāve got family in Texas, so maybe youāve been thereā¦ My parents, Mrs. Bashcraft and Mini-Bash are touring through the Southwest at the moment.
While in Amarillo, they stopped by the Big Texan, which has a 72 ounce steak (2kg!) that is free to those who can polish it off in under an hour. Those who donāt finish it have to pay $72!
Iāve been to the Big Texan a buncha times, but Iāve never stepped up and taken the challenge. A friendās dad did and apparently finished the meal.
And then promptly yacked it back up.
