The Dead Space Team Talks Award-Winning Audio

Our own Adam Barenblat interviews the team from Dead Space after accepting their award for Best Sound at the 9th annual Game Developers Choice Awards.

Dead Space was one of four games that received an award last night that wasnā€™t Fallout 3 or LittleBigPlanet, and rightly so. The sound in EAā€™s space survival horror shooter was one of the gameā€™s highlights, as I mentioned in my review last October.

As on aside, the bearded member of the team is my new hero. I loved the way he had to interject ā€œwet dreamā€ twice, just to make sure his point had gotten across.
